Goooey Fudge Sauce
Keep some chocolate chips and a can of evaporated milk on hand to make this Gooey Fudge Sauce. A quick and easy substitute for the store bought kind.
1 6 oz package of semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
In small heavy saucepan, heat chocolate and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring constantly till blended.
Serve warm or at room temperature over ice cream.
Makes 1 cup
