Haystacks for those "kids" who have been out on the farm or
just outside enjoying the spring weather
- 1 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 13 oz pkg chow mein noodles
Combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a double boiler
Heat until melted, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat: mix in noodles until coated
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a wax paper lined baking sheet
Refrigerate until firm
makes about 2 dozen
