- Mix 2 parts plaster of paris with 1 part warm water
- Add powdered tempera paint to get the desired color
- Line a toilet paper tube with wax paper ( use one for each color)
- Seal one end with tape and pour mixture in tube
- Tap the tube to release bubbles.
- Let harden
